Social and Emotional Wellness

The Social and Emotional Wellness (SEW) program provides children and youth who are struggling with their emotions a connection to a support person in an informal setting for mental health education, emotional support, and self-regulation, social, and communication skill development. The support is individualized with goals provided by a Child & Youth Mental Health clinician who oversees monthly progress.

 A referral is required through Child & Youth Mental Health:
