The Early Years program is a provincial program that works towards streamlining and improving services and programs for children 0-5.
Family fun spot drop-in group runs every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for children 0-5 year olds with their caregivers. It happens from 10 am to 12 pm at the Roy Wilcox building of CDC.
These groups act as an Initial touch point connecting families in need of services and resources available to them in our community. The goal is to educate and provide families with community resources available to them and to assist in making those connections to enhanced services. These groups are an excellent opportunity for your child(ren) to play with other children and for parents to meet and chat with other families. The groups also invites guest speakers who provide information on development, health and safety and also organises field trips to local places of interest.
Please check our facebook page to see our latest visitor and fieldtrip schedule.
