Reach for a Sunbeam (RFS) is a community mental health support program. RFS collaborates with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Ministry of Education, and Northern Health. The program helps to develop child, youth, family and community capacity to deal with mental health. The program provides one on one, family and group prevention and intervention strategies. Groups are both targeted and universal and are delivered both onsite and offsite.

Call mental health line 310-6789 (no area code). Crisis lines can help when you’re really upset or scared, but you can also call if you just need to talk with someone. They can also connect you to help in your community.
Call 1-800-SUICIDE. It stands for 1-800-784-2433. They are trained to help people experiencing really hard or upsetting feelings, like if you feel like you want to end your life.
